Looking for a transformative workout? Our signature full-body workout combines the science of Pilates with the energy of dance to improve your stamina, stability and balance. Experience high energy, uplifting music and inspiring instruction to challenge your mental and physical strength. Repetition and pulsing of small movements to the beat of the music will target all muscle groups to sculpt and strengthen the whole body. Using small hand weights, a playground ball and resistance bands, you’ll feel the burn and see the results in no time!

XTEND Fitball

Utilising the Fitball, this class will challenge the whole body, with a focus on the deep stabilising core muscles. Designed to assist in developing technique and form, XTEND Fitball will lengthen and condition your muscles, whilst boasting a challenging workout for your core. The class is suitable for all fitness levels, and especially great for those recovering from an injury.

Mat Pilates

Mat Pilates offers a safe and effective low-impact workout, utilising small equipment under the guidance of a trained and skilled Pilates qualified instructor. For every strength and fitness level, this class will tone, lengthen and strengthen the whole body and get your muscles firing (especially in the core and glutes!).


Reformer Pilates is done using the Pilates reformer machine and is generally more intense and more dynamic than mat based Pilates as it adds resistance to the Pilates exercises via the use of the springs which form part of the machine. Reformer Pilates develops a strong core by supporting and strengthening the muscles of the torso, hips shoulders and pelvis. Reformer pilates gives a full-body workout, which in turn improves power, strength, flexibility and efficiency.


With the addition of the Pilates Stick, your core muscle activation and body control is pushed to its challenge zone. The additional resistance from the bungee cords will further test your balance and improve your upper body strength. The challenges to cardio, sculpt and balance that our signature workouts are designed on are truly amplified in XTEND Stick. This class is not suitable to pre-natal clients.


Utilizing the TRX® suspension trainer, you can take your strength training to a new level. Of all our programs, this class has the biggest focus on strength, as you will be challenged to move your body weight in all directions. The equipment can be easily adjusted to increase or decrease the challenge, ensuring it is appropriate for all levels of strength and fitness. Once you have tried TRX for the first time, you will be hooked on the versatility, ever-changing challenges, and of course, the improvements in muscle tone, definition and your overall strength.

Power 30 and Stretch

A form focused, total body, sculpting class utilizing our signature XTEND ankle weights. This class will put power in your moves with 30 minutes of targeted toning and strength training. Take your favorite XTEND barre moves to the next level with POWER 30. Then enjoy lengthening and increasing flexibility in your body with a 15 minute stretch session to end the class!

Stretch & Release

This class moves through the entire body and is designed to help you increase your mobility and range of motion, plus prevent injury at the same time. Alignment and spinal articulation are also big components of this class and you will do a combination of dynamic, isometric and active stretches to help increase your body's overall flexibility.

Restorative Yoga

This beginner friendly style is a passive practice, restorative and meditative. Yin Yoga allows for the softening of muscle and release of fascia tissue while also lengthening ligaments.

Babies on Board

Whether you have loved XTEND Barre for years, or are new to the workout, our Babies on Board class offers you a supportive return to exercise after having your baby. Our skilled instructors will make modifications to our signature XTEND Barre class to ensure your body is gently and gradually challenged. Please ensure you have seen your Obstetrician or GP to obtain clearance to exercise at your 6 week check. This is a class for babies who are able to be carried in a structured carrier (supplied by yourself) & be non mobile. Alternatively a portable rocker or car seat carrier to be placed near you in class is suitable. If your baby is older than 6 months please have a chat with us re whether they are ok to attend. We have a lift for pram access in our building.
